Manage your diet:
- Cut out all soda, diet or otherwise
- Limit processed (pre-made) foods.
- Limit foods that are: cheesey, gooey, creamy, greasy or fried.
- Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Eat lean protein.
- Eat whole grains
- Omega-3 fatty acid is a good thing - found in things like salmon, avocados and walnuts.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Start reading labels and avoid high fructose corn syrup like the plague.
- Limit refined sugar.
- Watch sodium levels
- Eat breakfast!
Manage your exercise:
- Get at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise every day.
