  • Omega-3 fatty acid is a good thing - found in things like salmon, avocados and walnuts.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Start reading labels and avoid high fructose corn syrup like the plague.
  • Limit refined sugar.
  • Watch sodium levels
  • Eat breakfast!

Manage your exercise:

  • Get at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise every day.
